I knew Andy only brifly in hi s capacity as delegate to the Northampton Trade union Council (NTUC) from the Northampton County Council Unison branch in 2004-2005. He was conscientous and thoughtful delegate who knew how to listen as well ss speak and accordingly his contribution to the business of the NTUC was considerable.
